Do you want to make a change?  Most of us have had a time in life when we felt we could use a little help with getting to where we wanted to be.  Just as I have helped others, I believe I can help you make a change in your life. 

I have years of experience working with people who are facing or recovering from addictions, eating disorders, anxiety and other challenges.  Along with adults, I have worked with adolescent and teen girls for my entire career.

I believe you can take actions to create change in their life.  Asking someone for help is often the most courageous action one can take. 

I offer a 15 minute phone consultation and/or face to face meeting so we can further discuss working together.   Regardless of whether it is your fist time, coming to therapy can be intimidating. We can work together to make it as comfortable as possible.
